CrowsToes ~ Nidavellir

CrowsToes ~ Nidavellir
blue to purple shifting douchrome with micro glitter sprinkled throughout

It’s time to show you the last of the three polishes I bought from the Nine Realms collection; Nidavellir is going to shine today!

In Norse mythology, Niðavellir (anglicized as Nidavellir...”Dark Court” or “Dark Dwelling”) is the home of the Dwarves, isn’t it, preciouses...

Application was easy, and no black underwear required for this beauty either. Drying time is pretty good, and I might as well tell you right away: This is my favourite of the three polishes I bought. The colour shift is really nice, and it shifts between so many colours. I also like the addiction of micro glitter!

Here’s two coats and no topcoat:

Doesn’t this just look amazing?

The magenta almost look red on some of the pictures, I love that!

One last shot, just because I can.

And I think you guessed it already: I didn’t do anything with it. I debated with self but I ended up deciding that Nidavellir didn’t need any backup in the form or shape of any bling. It’s pretty enough on its own!

Verdict:
Yes. Just yes.

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Pretty good
Finish: Glitter Colour shifter with micro glitter spread throughout
Overall impression: I love everything about this polish: The formula, the colour shift, the micro glitter. It’s a winner!
Buy again: Yes, obviously!

  1. I really love the blue/purple shift! I'm really impressed that you only needed 2 coats and no black undies! :) I think this would make a good base for galaxy nails but it's gorgeous enough to be worn on it's own for sure!

    1. I love the fact that this one doesn't need undies - undies can be a party spoiler for me, so to speak, hahaha!
