Darling Diva ~ Winter in Leipzig

Dark mauve toned purple linear holo with pink shimmer

“Winter in Leipzig” was a Christmas present from a very dear friend back in 2014. It’s a lovely purple holo with shimmer and I treasure it dearly. Today I’m wearing it for good luck.

I used two super easy coats for full opacity and the drying time is really good.

I wanted it to shine as much as possible so I added glitter by the base of each nail. I used Color Club’s “Pinky Swear” for that purpose and I just used the brush to brush it on. I applied a layer of topcoat and my work was done.

This is two coats of “Winter in Leipzig” on its own, photographed with flash. There’s no topcoat involved just yet.

Here are the two polishes. “Winter in Leipzig” has unfortunately evaporated quite a lot – check out the fill line, and this is only the second time I actually wear it. I’m not so happy with that because I want this polish to last forever!

“Winter in Leipzig” is a custom made polish and hasn’t been for sale anywhere.
