Glisten &
Glow ~ Rock n’ Roll & Route 66
Light robins
egg blue crème
Here’s another pale polish from Glisten & Glow.
It’s from the from the 1950s Collection from Autumn 2017.
I used two easy coats for full opacity. The formula is
really good and easy to work with. I had no problems with application.
I dapped two different colours onto the base colour.
Both of the polishes I used are from Colors by Llarowe’s stamping collection.
It’s a magenta holo called “The Heart Bleeds” and a purple holo called “Lilac
Petals”. I used a eyeshadow applicator to dap it on with.
Then I stamped a floral design on top of it. I found
the design on stamping plate UR Beautiful-03 and I used El Corazón’s black
stamping polish.
Here’s what it all ended up looking like.
I quite like the look of this, I think it’s quite
cool.
This is what two coats of “Rock n’ Roll & Route
66” looks like. There’s no topcoat involved just yet.
Here are the things I used.
“Rock n’ Roll & Route 66” is too pale for me to
wear on its own. I’m quite impressed with the quality of it though and it’s a
great polish as base for some cool nail art.
