Colores de Carol ~ Monster Blood

Colores de Carol ~ Monster Blood
Deep murky green jelly with silver holographic flake particles and iridescent glitter

Monster Blood is a part of the Goosebumps Halloween collection 2017. It’s a collection of five polishes of which I ordered four, and Monster Blood was not one of the four I actually ordered. I contacted customer service and explained the problem and I was told to keep the polish and that they would send me the right one. I would have been happy to return this one since it isn’t really my colour at all, but I guess it isn’t worth the hassle and the postage money for them. The correct one hasn’t arrived yet but I expect it any day now. Great customer service, thumbs up for that! ♥
(EDIT: The correct one has now arrived and it's beautiful!)

The polish behaves really well for a jelly and it only took two coats to achieve full opacity. The drying time is good.

I decided to give my new Christmas stamping plate another go, and so stamped gingerbread men on two nails and Christmas bells on the other nails. The stamping plate is Lina’s “Cant’ wait for Xmas! 01” and I stamped with Barry M’s gold from the Foil Effects collection. It has been a while since I stamped with the polishes from that particular series, but it’s really good for stamping.

This is my final manicure including topcoat:

I know the colours aren’t exactly Christmas-y but I still think it works.

This is two coats of Monster Blood on its own, no topcoat yet. The photo is taken in daylight.

Here are the polishes and the plate I used to create this manicure.
