Color Club ~ Jingle
Jangle
Blue and
lavender glitter in a clear base
Jingle Jangle is from the “Under The Mistletoe”
Collection from Holiday 2011, a series of six, of
which I own two (this one and ‘Holiday Spendor’ - the green one). I’ll get to that particular polish later.
So – ‘Jingle Jangle’ has a clear base, but it actually
covers pretty well because it’s so well packed with the glitter. The formula is
great: The glitter glides straight on without any problems whatsoever. I used
three coats, but I think I could have gotten away with two.
Here’s the three coats, with one coat of Sally Hansen
Diamond shine top coat:
It does dry up with a gritty finish, though. One layer
of top coat is not going to be enough if you’re after a smooth surface.
It’s quite nice. I really like the glitter, but I’m
not really sure about the colour. Like some other things in life, I think it
might need a bit of darkness to get the desired wow-effect ;)
The
polish started chipping after less than 12 hours! I'm very
disappointed - Color Club usually make better polishes than that.

This is so blingy and pretty on you!
ReplyDeleteThank you. I think I'll probably stamp on it next time. :)
