Girly Bits ~ Festival of Lights Oops

Girly Bits ~ Festival of Lights Oops
The original is described as "a sparkling base of golden metallic microflakes and gold shimmer, teeny tiny holographic particles, rose gold shimmer, iridescent and metallic colour shifting flakes in violet, pink, gold, green and purple"

The original "Festival of Lights" (not the oops version) was originally from "Polish Pickup" in December 2017 and the theme back then was Holidays Around the World. I am not quite sure how the Oops version differs from the original, but never mind, because the Oops is beautiful.

The formula is good. The first coat looks really thin and I wasn't quite sure whether this would work on its own or if it's a topper. It turns out that the second coat covered up everything just perfectly. The drying time is really good.

I decorated it with floral water decals and a couple of pink dots here and there.

This is the final result, including a layer of topcoat. The photo is taken in daylight.

Here's the same thing taken in the lightbox.

The polish I made the pink dots with is also from Girly Bits. It hasn't got a name on the bottle and this is what its bottom looks like. Maybe it's a stamping polish?

Here's "Festival of Lights Oops" alone; two coats and no topcoat yet. This is a daylight picture.

And this is what the bottom of my bottle looks like.

Here they are together with the decals.

I probably wouldn't have picked "Festival of Lights Oops" myself - I got it in a grab bag. It's gorgeous though!
