Starrily ~ Ultraviolet

Starrily ~ Ultraviolet
Deep purple strong linear holo

I have quickly become a fan of Starrily’s polishes. Today it’s Ultraviolet’s time to shine!

Here’s a quote from Starrily’s webshop:
The world outside was lost in twilight. The moon glowed a subtle blue and cast it's light down upon the world below. The flora reacted with the ultra violet light and exploded in an array of color, glowing brightly in the night. The people walked calmly through this alien planet as if it were seemingly normal to them. I must have hit my head pretty hard, am I dreaming? Or is this my home now? Whatever it is, I rather like it.”

I used two coats for my mani. The drying time was fast; so fast that it was a bit of a challenge to get it close to the cuticles :D

Here’s two coats, no topcoat. The picture is taken with flash to show off the pretty rainbows.

The colour is gorgeous in ordinary daylight too.

I paired it with a glitter from Icing: Lemme See Your Peacock :D It’s a gorgeous green/purple/turquoise glitter in a clear base. I bought it in a blog sale back in the days where blog sales were still very popular.

I sponged the glitter on by the base of each nail.

Here’s the final mani, including a layer of topcoat. The picture is taken with flash.

Here’s a daylight picture so you can really see the glitter.

And here are the pretty polishes:

I added a second layer of topcoat shortly after to smooth out the surface.
I love the colours and the mix of holo and glitter in this mani. How about you?
